Tianyi, a graduate with a BSc in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and a registered valuer with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors, has accumulated over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Specializing in the Capital Markets sector, he consistently plays a key role in facilitating high-value sales and purchases.
Tianyi’s expertise lies in strata offices, shophouse sales, and collective sale exercises, showcasing a unique and remarkable proficiency in these domains. His professional journey is marked by a series of successfully executed complex real estate transactions, significantly contributing to his team’s reputation for handling substantial deals. Notable projects include Plus, Havelock 2, Paya Lebar Square, and TripleOne Somerset, where he played an instrumental role in marketing prominent strata commercial properties.
With a career that began as a graduate trainee with Knight Frank and later transitioned to investment sales and capital markets at CBRE, Tianyi has been involved in projects exceeding S$2 billion worth of investment sale transactions. His portfolio includes record-breaking transactions such as Pacific Mansion (S$980 million), the second-largest residential collective sale in terms of dollar value, and the collective sale of Park House (S$375.5 million), achieving the highest psf ppr at S$2,910 for a residential apartment redevelopment in District 10.
Tianyi’s advisory extends across different sectors, providing guidance to clients from diverse backgrounds on both land and building transactions.
