Woods Square is a modern commercial development located in the center of Woodlands Regional Centre, which is set to become the biggest business hub in the northern part of Singapore, as part of the URA Master Plan 2019.

This area is well-connected to key parts of Singapore and Johor Bahru, making it a great spot for businesses in the Northern Agri-Tech and Food Corridor. The corridor links important places like the future Agri-Food Innovation Park, Republic Polytechnic, and Senoko Food Zone, bringing together farms, education, and food industries in one ecosystem.

Travel between Johor Bahru and Singapore will also become faster and easier with the upcoming Rapid Transit System (RTS), which is expected to open by the end of 2026. Commuters can also enjoy easier and more comfortable travel thanks to the new Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub, which connects the bus interchange under Causeway Point to the MRT station that runs on both the North-South Line and the Thomson-East Coast Line.
