She was instrumental in the successful marketing and sales of commercial investment grade properties such as 77 Robinson Road, Anson House, 2HR, Robinson Point, Katong Junction, Berjaya Hotel Singapore, 161 Lavender Street and 112 to 116 Amoy Street, amongst many other properties. She also handled multiple strata offices and shops sales at Samsung Hub, Prudential Tower, The Adelphi, and Burlington Square, and also brokered the residential collective sales and land sales of The Estoril, The Fortredale, Austral View and Nassim Road GCBs.

Her energy, enthusiasm and pro-client approach to handling sales has earned her several notable awards. Within the first year of joining CBRE, she was awarded the ‘First Year of Excellence’ Award at CBRE Asia Circle of Excellence Award 2010, and also won the ‘Excellence in Investment Properties’ Award at the CBRE Asia Circle of Excellence continuously in years 2011, 2012, 2015 and 2017. In 2013, she won the ‘Professional of the Year Award’, which was the highest level of recognition given by CBRE at the Asia Pacific level. She trumped her contemporaries by emerging as the highest revenue earner for the year in Asia Pacific and was also the youngest winner in the Awards’ history. In 2012, she was also a finalist for ‘Young Professional of The Year’ at British Business Awards 2012. And in 2019, she was a finalist for ‘Property, Infrastructure and Construction’ at Women of the Future Awards Southeast Asia 2019 and ‘Women of the Built Environment Award’ at RICS Awards 2019. Prior to establishing Brilliance Capital, Sammi was CEO at a Singapore ultra-high net worth family office. She was responsible for setting the strategy, direction, as well as creating a vision for success for the company with an AUM of SGD3 billion internationally.

Sammi’s strength and focus include assisting and advising public listed companies, property developers, local and foreign private funds, associations, government statutory boards, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals on acquisitions and divestments of investment grade properties and development sites. Echoing her beliefs which are never doing the same thing twice, every property is different, every buyer is different, never wait for things to happen, make them happen for yourself.

In addition to coaching agents to becoming elites in the industry, she has been invited to speak at real estate events and banking seminars too. She believes that Singapore is among the best places for foreign investors to park their wealth, and the property market remains attractive with a high level of confidence, especially with pro-business governance.

Sammi holds a strong believe in philanthropy and is passionate about giving back to the community. She serves as a Community Grassroot Leader, as assistant treasurer LadiesFirst which is a platform for women, by women and committed to enabling social mobility by uplifting the lives of all women in need. In addition, she sits on the board of director of Industrial and Services Co-operative Society Limited (ISCOS), a government linked co-operative in Singapore that actively engages the community to help ex-offenders gain a foothold in society.
