Prior to joining real estate industry, Alvin had more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience in various industries, working with government agencies and corporates.

In his younger days, Alvin was heavily involved in many team sports and had participated in competitions from school level to international level. He believes that it helped in the development of certain attributes which greatly helped him in his work over the years. They include focus, ability to work under pressure, teamwork and analytical skills.

Being relatively new in this industry, Alvin has already transacted properties in various market segments like residential, commercial and industrial. He gains satisfaction when he is able to help clients make careful planning in order to achieve their desired properties. He believes that it should always be a two way communication, listening to their thoughts and providing them with useful and timely suggestions.
