Sammi Lim is the Executive Director and Founder of Brilliance Capital with 19 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Brilliance Capital, she was the CEO at JK Global Capital Pte. Ltd. and, was responsible for setting the strategy, direction, as well as creating a vision for success for the company with an AUM of S$3 billion. Over the years, the transactions she has concluded have crossed S$9 billion.

She also spent more than 10 years in international real estate agencies. In these periods, she was one of the highest producing professionals in the company, the highest any producer under 35 has achieved in the short span of years. At a young age of 31, she was appointed Director, the youngest person in the firm to have assumed a leadership role in the international real estate firm.
