A veteran in the real estate industry, Choon Fah boasts over 38 years of experience in valuation, real estate investment, and advisory services. Throughout her career, she has successfully concluded transactions totalling over $8 billion in investment sales and has managed marketing and leasing activities for various industrial and residential projects.

Beginning as an appraiser with Jones Lang Wootton, Choon Fah later diversified into residential and industrial sales and leasing. Her career then led her to Colliers Jardine, where she served as Investment Director, heading the auction department and managing land and investment properties. She also gained international experience in Wuhan, China, overseeing the sales and leasing of a mixed retail and residential project with Singapore Technologies Construction. Upon her return to Singapore, she played a pivotal role as Executive Director at Credo Real Estate, contributing significantly to its position as a market leader in the land and collective sale sector. Credo was merged with JLL in 2012, where she continues to contribute her expertise to the industry.

Choon Fah’s track record includes handling record-breaking transactions, such as the largest residential collective sale at Farrer Court (S$1.388 billion), Amber Park (S$907 million), Shunfu Ville ($638 million), and the recent Peace Centre and Peace Mansion deal (S$650 million). Her ability to navigate high-value and complex deals showcases her proficiency in the field.

Choon Fah is an esteemed member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyor & Valuers and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Additionally, she holds a license as an appraiser registered with the Inland Revenue of Singapore (IRAS).
